Free Health Walks are an enjoyable way to discover the countryside, meet new people and improve your health! Led by volunteers, routes are already planned – all you need to do is turn up in some comfortable walking shoes. Depending on the weather bring an umbrella, waterproofs, gloves, scarves or sun-cream. You may like to bring some water.
