1. Apologies for absence –none

(This is a concessionary short session and limited to 30 minutes. Five minutes per person will be allowed initially and only if time permits, will further comments be heard. This session is for information only and no action need be taken upon items raised)

6. TMBC Planning Applications
1. TM/16/02466/FL – 222 Butchers Lane, Mereworth
Proposed two storey side and rear extension
Mereworth Parish Council requests that this application is called in to be decided by committee.
The building and the neighbouring house are Grade II listed buildings.
Mereworth Parish Council objects to the proposed application on the grounds that it is inappropriate for the scale of adjoining buildings. It over-dominates the surroundings. The volume of the house is being increased by 50% and it is felt that this is inappropriate development.
2. TM/16/02634/FL – The Beeches Restaurant, Seven Mile Lane
New guesthouse accommodation rooms, alterations and new toilet and lobby area and alterations to car parking layout.
Mereworth Parish Council supports this application
3. TM/16/02631/Fl – The Cross, The Street
Erection of car port
It was proposed by (AW) that this application be supported – agreed unanimously
